Warranty and exchanges

Warranty

The warranty period is set by law at 24 months, for our goods the tax document (invoice) also serves as a warranty certificate. Claims do not apply to defects caused by improper use and inadequate wear and tear. The customer is obliged to file a claim immediately after the defect has occurred. The maximum time for processing a claim is set by law at 30 days, but we will try to speed things up as much as possible.

Do you need to make a warranty claim? Print out a simple claim form, attach a copy of the tax document (invoice) and send it together with the goods to:

Please send us the claimed goods properly packed to avoid damage during transport. Do not send the package on COD. Such a shipment will not be accepted.

Exchange of goods

If the purchased goods do not fit your size, you have the option of exchanging them for another size if we have it in stock.

How to exchange:

  • Make sure on our website that we have the size you want in stock

  • In case of exchange, the goods must not show signs of wear. It must be in its original packaging, with all the details

  • Fill in the exchange form, which you can download from our website, and add it to the package with the goods

  • Include a copy of the invoice

  • Send the package by mail to:

  •  The parcel have t be sent within 14 days of receipt of the order.

  • Do not send the package on COD. This parcel will not be accepted

  • The customer is always pays for postage.
